Check in / Check out times
The bed rooms are available at the day of your arrival at 3pm. You'll be arriving before to enjoy the beautiful nature? If the rooms are not ready for check-in, you are welcome to leave the luggage at our reception.
At the day of your departure, we would like to ask you to leave your room at 11am. The luggage can be stored at the reception.
Cancellation
Free cancellation 4 days prior arrival. Is the cancellation made 0-3 days before your arrival, we will charge 100 % of the room fee.

In our family rooms and Junior Suites you are sleeping in your own bed to recover and relax from your busy adventure day.
Are you younger than 7 years? Then you are sleeping for free in the bed room of your parents.
You are already 7 years old or even older? Then we are going to charge your parents CHF 25 per child and night.
For the teenager from 13-16 years, we are goint to charge CHF 40 per teenager and night, if they are sleeping in the bed room of their parents.
The prices include breakfast, taxes and VAT.

Which mountain, if not this one? He thrilles young and old, and the view from up there is even more than any Hollywood movie would stage.
From Fräkmüntegg to Krienseregg there are two slopes for sledging available. One is technically easier and the other is for those who love action.
The Pilatus is within easy reach. By car or post bus to Kriens, Pilatus-Bahn, and from there with the gondolas up on top of the Pilatus.
Follow in the footsteps of the hunters and observe the inhabitants of the Eigenthaler mountains with our nature guide Norbert Müller in wild nature. (Price on request)
Whether skating or classic technique, glide through the Eigenthaler trails. From mid-November to late March, depending on the snow conditions, there are 16 km of trails for the classic skating technique and 17 km for the skating technique.
The complete cross-country skiing equipment can be rented directly at the cross-country ski run in the Nordic Corner.

Also, the Swiss Museum of Transport is definitely worth a visit! Planetarium, movie theater, Swiss Chocolate Adventure and of course everything related to mobility - discovering is the program.
On to the Rigi tour! Even the arrival by boat in the morning is truly a pleasure. In Vitznau get on the cogwheel train and you are already on the Rigi. What a panorama! Back then it goes via Rigi Kaltbad (possibly a detour to the mineral bath?) and Weggis. Again on the ship at dusk let the wind blow - what could be better?
